AutoCAD and Inventor for precise 2D drawings and complex 3D models. Direct import of your CAD formats is possible.

For special materials such as aluminium and stainless steel, specialised processing is required. Our metalworkers are true masters of their craft – in robot welding, aluminium welding and steel/stainless steel welding, we demonstrate outstanding craftsmanship every day.

Our largest robot welding system offers a maximum working length of 22 metres at 3.5 m height and 4.5 m width. This allows us to process even oversized components efficiently and reproducibly.

New technologies such as CMT welding (Cold Metal Transfer) ensure particularly high seam quality, less distortion and a clean appearance – a decisive advantage, especially for thin sheets and aluminium.

Certified to EN ISO 3834 – the international standard for quality requirements in fusion welding of metallic materials.

Our machine hall is technically state-of-the-art thanks to ongoing investment. The machining department offers a broad spectrum of manufacturing capabilities: milling, turning, profile machining and drilling – in manual operation, NC-controlled or with robot assistance.

The capacity of our machining centres ranges from small parts to large-scale machining with a working size of 22 × 4.5 metres. Aluminium machining is possible up to 13.5 m, with piece weights of several tonnes.

Whether single part production, series production or manufacture of complete assemblies – our machine park combined with highly trained staff delivers the required precision on time and on budget.

1,200 m² production floor space in Bludenz and 7,000 m² in Nenzing – over 8,200 m² in total for your projects.

Initial consultation, drawing preparation, dimensioning of materials (extruded profiles, plastics, etc.), procurement of components (electrics, glass, etc.), selection of manufacturing processes, surface treatment, assembly concepts, packaging and delivery.

Especially when precious metals or aluminium are used under extreme conditions, expert consultation and process development are of the utmost importance. Whether welded, bent, rolled or machined – realising your idea is always our top priority.

In a separate assembly area, pre-assembly and sub-assembly work is carried out. Several clean workstations are available. Fully assembled sub-assemblies are inspected and packaged. For on-site installation, competent staff under the direction of the respective project managers are available.
