Since 2001, Bitschnau has been manufacturing the Long Goods Pallets LGP – a systematic reusable packaging solution that protects your material during transport. We have produced over 20,000 units for our customers since then. The quality speaks for itself: pallets from the very beginning are still in daily use. Manufacturing is almost fully automated on our modern facilities in Nenzing.

Volume Reduction & Transport
The LGP significantly reduces transport volume – with a lasting impact on your freight costs. Cargo can be tied directly to the pallet. Integrated lashing lugs ensure secure fastening during transport at all times. On empty runs, the compact design minimises space requirements.
Long goods pallets – Stacking and handling with forklift
Handling & Logistics
Forklift guides enable easy loading and unloading. The integrated crane hooks allow efficient handling in your facility – whether with a crane traverse or in a four-point suspension. The hooks also serve as locking devices for stacked empty pallets. Multi-stackable, crane-compatible and transportable by forklift.

Storage & Weather Protection
Hot-dip galvanised steel makes the LGP weather-resistant – outdoor storage is no problem. In high-bay warehouses, the optimised space utilisation ensures efficiency. Volume reduction when empty minimises storage requirements to a minimum. Whether indoor or outdoor storage, temperature-variable rooms or open air: the LGP withstands it all.

Patented Stanchion Posts
The patented stanchion posts are fitted with fabric protection and reliably protect your cargo from damage. When not in use, they can be stowed directly in the LGP – no loss, no separate handling. This well-thought-out concept has been continuously refined over the years and is a central quality feature of the Bitschnau LGP.

Customisation & Special Solutions
The majority is manufactured as standard pallets – custom sizes are available at any time. The nameplate is designed specifically for you, optionally with consecutive serial number and CE marking. For your production, we offer individual trolleys with locking mechanisms. Plastic profiles or fabric sleeves additionally protect sensitive goods.
