Circular Formwork
Our circular formwork systems cover the entire range of cylindrical structures: from individual silos with just a few metres in diameter to LNG tanks exceeding 90 m.
Special Formwork
Not every structure is round. Our special formwork systems enable slipform construction for straight structures, cross-section changes, and complex geometries.
Assembly
The assembly of the slipform is carried out by our own experienced assembly teams. All formwork elements are pre-fabricated in Nenzing and assembled on site.
Slipforming Process
The formwork is continuously sliding upwards, whilst the concrete hardens below. With the BETOMAT®, we achieve up to 10 m per day.
Disassembly
After the slipforming process is complete, the formwork is disassembled, cleaned, and transported away. Systematically, professionally and with highest demands in safety.
Additional Services
Concrete placement, embedded parts, openings, and curing – on request, we take care of the complete package during the slipforming process.
